In this third and final round of interviews, I tried to focus my questions even more so that I could get the most relevant information from people. I was surprised to discover that one of my interviewees was able to offer the unique perspective of a non-profit organization representative seeking volunteers (rather than regular citizens seeking volunteer opportunities). As a result, I think my idea will be able to serve its customers more effectively.
Below are the videos of the interviews...
Isabelle great concept and great videos! I really enjoyed your interviews, I was intrigued the whole way through. What made you come to such a great concept? I liked your variety and your techniques when it came each interviewee. Great job!
ReplyDeleteI composed mine a bit differently, but here is my link if you'd like to check it out.

I love how you were able to get several different views on what you're trying to accomplish. The woman you interviewed about trying to find volunteers was especially insightful. I will, however, point out that your bottom video is private so make sure to keep an eye out for small details like that in the future.
ReplyDeleteHey Isabelle! I really enjoyed your post and think you did a great job on your interviews. One suggestion that I have for you is to keep all of your questions the same. Many times, when interviewing a customer asking one question before another or stumbling through the question causes them to lose focus or change their true answer. Other than that I think you did a great job with it!
ReplyDeleteHello Isa,
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed watching your interviews, and I thought that you really asked your customers thorough questions! I definitely learned a lot from watching your interviews, and I wish that I could work more on mine because I really enjoyed yours. It was definitely interesting listening to the perspective of the woman who has worked with non-profit organizations in the past. I think that she gave some really great insight towards your business idea, and I really enjoyed your post overall.
