1) I was surprised by the amount of study and research that has been done on social enterprise and the ethical responsibility a company has to society.
2) I found myself confused on the section about middle managers in corporate entrepreneurship; I don't really understand why they are necessary or what their role is.
3) Two questions I would like to ask the author, in order to get the perspective of an experienced professional, are: What decisions have you been faced with that involved a trade-off between ethics and economics? What has been your personal experience with the challenge of social enterprise?
4) I disagree with the section on creating a climate for in-house entrepreneurship. I don't think entrepreneurship is something that can be forced, and I think it would be difficult for a company that wasn't begun with an entrepreneurial approach to adapt to a new mindset like that.
